Palate: Cacao nibs begins off the dried and someone bittersweet tone from the palate.  I appreciate this good quality in more mature whiskies.  There’s unmistakable higher-rye distillate notes of gingerbread, pine needle tea, black pepper flakes, cloves and cinnamon. This motivation to the singularity of each barrel grew to become the hallmark
